Strolva respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.

What we collect

Name, shipping/billing address, email, payment method (via Shopify Payments and Stripe — we never store full card numbers), and order history. Newsletter subscribers: email only.

How we use it

To fulfill your order, send shipping updates, handle returns. Newsletter: one 5-minute reset every Sunday and the occasional new-title note.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data or run third-party ad-retargeting pixels. We share only what is required to ship (carriers) and process payment (Shopify, Stripe).

Request a copy, deletion, or opt-out anytime at support@strolva.com. We respond within 5 business days.

Cookies

Standard Shopify session and analytics cookies; disable non-essential via the first-visit banner.

Updates

Material changes are emailed to subscribers and posted here for 30 days first.
